My new addiction....Cory and I bought a pressure cannier a few weeks ago and thanks to Gail for a mini class I jumped right in and started canning...I have now done sausage, chicken, roast & butter...Butter is done different but I still have butter in my closet.... It sure makes you feel so good to learn something new and be storing food...
